Together with our partner Convoy of Hope, Mission of Hope has delivered over 2.8 million meals this year during the months of January and February, and has a plan to deliver over 1.5 million meals in March.

January:    1,282,057 meals delivered to 44,924 individuals
February:  1,534,877 meals delivered to 48,578 individuals
March:        1,599,677 meals planned to be delivered to 49,352 individuals

The nutrition program at Mission of Hope was started several years ago as a result of our education initiative. We feel strongly that a quality education will equip the next generation of Haitians to bring about positive change to their country. However, it is known that children who are not properly nourished have a hard time concentrating and learning while in school.  Furthermore, malnutrition in childhood can stunt a child's ability to learn for the rest of his or her life.  Thus, the nutrition program was created. As a part of this program, Mission of Hope partners with schools and orphanages throughout Haiti and provides them with food to feed to their children.
