As an organization following Jesus Christ, Mission of Hope exists to bring life transformation to every man, woman, and child in Haiti. We desire to serve the nation of Haiti, and see lives changed.
The roofs are currently being placed on the new primary school in Bercy...one of the last steps for completing the buildings! See pictures below.

Below are updated pictures of the new primary school buildings which are under construction on the North Campus (Bercy, Haiti). These buildings are the first of many to go on this campus (see future plans). Visiting teams recently painted these school buildings, bringing a sense of excitement and anticipation for the future. Special thanks to those who gave of their time to bring these school buildings one step closer to completion.

A few months ago, a young boy by the name of Micah (age 7) watched a YouTube video of an English boy who had raised $300,000 to help Haiti after the earthquake ravished that country on January 12th, 2010. This video inspired Micah to join forces with his two cousins Kade (age 10) and Kaleb (age 8) and a friend named Casey (age 6) to do something similar.
And so, "Le Tour d'Haiti" was born: a bike ride that they advertised through their local church. The four children formed the board of directors for the charity event. They oversaw all the planning and also designed logos and shirts for the event. Their goal was lofty. They wanted to raise $5,000 to build a home for a family in Haiti.
Due to the children's enthusiasm and planning, Le Tour d'Haiti turned out to be an overwhelming success. It raised 3 times the original goal...a total of $15,000! The children were able to present the money to Mission of Hope, and know that their efforts would bless families in Haiti with new homes.
Mission of Hope is grateful to these children and everyone else who has a heart for Haiti. It is through the generous support of our friends and partners that Mission of Hope is able to serve the nation of Haiti.
To all of our supporters and partners, we want to say, "Thank you!"

The MOH 500 project is well under way with the first 20 homes actively being built. View photos below to see the progress.
