John and Mary are from S.E. Michigan, they have two boys, Noah and Caleb. They have been coming to Haiti since 1991 bringing teams to serve the Haitian people. In 2010, they decided it was time to use their background in construction and experience with teams to serve in Haiti full time. They serve as Project Coordinators, helping coordinate the expansion of the mission, the building of homes for those displaced by the earthquake and the involvement of teams in construction projects and other outreaches. Their passion is to see the Haitian people changed by Christ and to see the lives of people who come to serve as short term missionaries changed as they allow God to use them as His hands, to those in need. They believe God wants to use ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things.
